Team Registration Information

1) Assign a coach and/or team contact.

2) Ask each parent to register their player online via the Registration tab on our website. Each parent is required to complete all information on our online form with liability waiver included.

3) Remind parents to put the coach's name or the team contact's information in the section provided on the online registration form, so we can verify all players are registered with their team.

4) *NEW* Once a team has been secured, coaches are asked to submit their rosters by clicking the "Submit Roster" button below. Coaches, please remember to individually register your child as well, in addition to submitting your full roster. Detailed instructions are listed on the roster form.

5) HHAT TRICK HOCKEY will cross reference roster submissions with each online registration form to ensure your team is complete.
